Announcing our newest member to the MH production line, the Optimal Dip Coater
Located in our AR Facility, this new dip coater is capable of producing in excess of 150 lenses per hour when fully loaded, combining the latest coating control technology.
The benefits of dip coating include:
- Uniformity, the front and the backside have the same coating
- The machine allows more control to give optimal performance
- Most durable scratch resistance
- More compatible with AR
Having this machine will help our turnaround time for AR jobs to go even faster, while providing the strongest and most consistent coatings.
