How long have you worked for MH Optical?
I have been here over a year now.

What do you do at MH Optical?
I take orders over the phone, chase trays, coordinate with the messenger service, handle callbacks and resolve many other customer issues.

What do you like about working for MH Optical?
I like that I am always learning something new and of course the customers.

How do you achieve success in your role?
I achieve success in my role by remaining focused on the customer and finding solutions for them.

What is your background?
I have worked in logistics, data entry, administrative duties and retail and pharmacy customer service.
