The family feel. This is a small, independent business that cares for the employees and customers.

How do you achieve success in your role?
Start everyday with a positive attitude and strive to achieve that positivity throughout the day.

What is your background?
I started in the “optical world†as an optician, 28 years ago, at the age of 16. I fit patients with glasses, gave pre-exam work ups, and edged lenses. I continued education to further advance my knowledge of vision health, and took on administration, medical billing, payroll, and staff training of the business.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Treat others how you want to be treated.

All my family who instilled to respect others, work hard, and be responsible and loyal.

Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you.
The reason I’m in the eyecare business is because I have had to wear vision correction since before 1 years old. All the specialists and doctors I had to see, gave me instant education on eyecare. And wearing glasses for my entire life, I perfected adjusting, and fixing frames.
